« A big thank you to the employees who took care of us! Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care.
The room was up to the prestige of the hotel with impeccable hygiene!

« Très bon séjour: établissement propre et confortable. La chambre était raisonnablement spacieuse, et non étroite comme c'est souvent le cas au Japon; un chouia froide à proximité de la fenêtre (l'air extérieur s'engouffrait un peu) ; la literie était confortable, etc. Le staff était sympathique. La gare est à 800m environ; c'est pas très loin, mais lorsqu'il y a de la neige au sol, les valises roulent mal... L’hôtel est situé du côté "le moins intéressant" de la gare, mais au moins il en est...

« I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out.
I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something.
Stay the course and read everything carefully.
My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room.
