« The girl at the desk was very nice and thorough. The facility itself was not in great shape and that was disappointing. Breakfast was limited. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and we felt like the room was not in great condition. The area around the hotel was decent and we felt safe. »

« Breakfast was not replinished when I arrived downstairs. I sat in the area for 20 minutes and it still was not replinished. »

« The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »

« Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. « Hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Beds were not very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby would have been nice. Most hotels offer this. The only choice is coffee from Starbucks and many people don’t drink Starbucks. Not to mention the added cost. And I really don’t think it would hurt Starbucks at all. »

« The room was more spacious than I expected. The signage for room location was a touch confusing but other than that it was a good experience. »

« We stopped here on the way home from spring break and booked solely on the indoor pool amenity so our kids could burn some energy. We rated this on the lower side strictly due to the pool being ice cold - so cold our children’s lips were turning color. Otherwise, the staff was nice and our room was clean. »
