« Beautiful property in a great location, but the check-in process and management issues were extremely frustrating. The building itself is stunning, with great amenities including a gym, convenience shop with snacks/essentials and the apartments are well-equipped with kitchens and washer/dryer combos. The location is also excellent, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and food options nearby. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a complete disaster. It took roughly an hour and a...

« Pas très accueillant ! »

« restaurants and shops nearby, personnel not fluent in english but we still could understand each other, breakfast a little light in choices »

« Hôtel sûr. Bonne localisation près de l'avenida Paulista. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel sympathique. »

« Very old hotel. From the lift to the room equipment, everything is old. Half of the sockets not working in the room. Very expensive for the this kind of hotel. Should be 4 stars »

« This is a very good spot to stay. The host is good overall, no major issues and the staff at the property are very nice. The property uses facial recognition/biometrics for building access. I am not a fan of this but if you don’t mind it, it did work fairly well. The area is great and close to shopping and food. Room was very clean. »
