Grand Olympic Hotel has been seen to have been recently refurbished/updated. The young lady on check in was very helpful and we had very interaction with any other staff but housekeeping was always done. The only thing letting the hotel down is that the rooms still need attention. Doorframes coming away, decoration in bathroom not great and looks to be suffering with damp also the shower leaks and at one point the handle was loose. However TV was useful to pass the time after walks and before dinner and the room was basic but “did the job”. Unsure if would return here unless it was significantly updated.

Awesome hotel in NYC…friendly staff that was more than happy to make sure I had a great experience…close to grand central station and the Empire State Building…great rooms with great views of the city…I will stay again
