« Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

« Nous avons adoré la chambre spacieuse avec sa cuisine et son grand frigo. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bien. L’hôtel est très bien situé proche du canal qui permet de faire de jolies balades. Nous avons adoré Indianapolis »

« The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was wonderfully warm and the hot tube was relaxing. The staff was attentive and made sure needs were met. Food was good every morning and kick back. Will be staying here again on our next family adventure »
