Welcome to "Southern Exposure", where relaxed coastal style creates the perfect getaway. We are experienced 5 star rated hosts ready to make your vacation memorable. Enjoy this brand new, upscale 3bd/ 2bath villa overlooking the golf course. No detail has been overlooked. The Murrells Inlet location and Tupleo Bay community are exceptional. On site executive golf course, mini golf, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, pickleball, ice cream shop and less than a mile to the beach via summertime community shuttle all make this an ideal vacation choice. Additionally, the marsh-walk with amazing dining and water-sports is close -by too. Perfect for golf and beach lovers alike. This is southern coastal living at its best.

Couples and families will enjoy easy access to the villa. Parking is right out front and luggage carts are available for guest use . Our villa is an end unit located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by both elevator and stairs. You'll appreciate the additional windows and natural light the end unit provides . 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great room and ample kitchen will allow plenty of room to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, designer cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The living area is a welcome retreat with comfy seating and a large 65 inch flat-screen smart TV. Flooring is clean and fresh with carpet only being found in the bedrooms. Bright and modern decor is seen throughout. Everything is new!

There's nothing better than a good night's sleep! All bedrooms feature high quality Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. The master is large with a king size bed and walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk in over-sized shower, double sinks with granite counters and custom tile. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. A hallway pocket door slides closed to create an additional master suite with private access to the hall bathroom.
Bedroom #3 is an ample size with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are bright and airy and include linens and bath towels.

The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Also included is WiFi, cable TV and DVD player. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV . The master and second bedroom have smart TVs. Flying in? There is a secure outdoor storage closet with beach chairs, sand toys & boogie boards for your use. You can also hold your golf and beach gear in the outdoor closet. Please note- beach towels are not included with the rental.

** Please note- Although we congratulate students on their accomplishments…..We do not rent to guests, with or without a parent, celebrating “high school senior week” or any groups of students in high school or college. Failure to disclose this, will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and prompt departure of property. Tupelo Bay is a quiet community.

Awesome vacation

Awesome vacation, thank you Ed and Heather for the unit. We all really enjoyed our vacation at Tupelo Bay in South Carolina. The unit is huge, well decorated and quiet. Kitchens also has everything needed. Location is also very good. Plus the shuttle service to the beach available when we where there was simply perfect. Pools, bbq and gym available on the site are also very nice. Thank you again, we all really enjoyed our stay at you place.

Communication with owners was unlike anything I have ever experienced using VRBO. The owners gave me all the details needed before and after I checked in. They also made sure if I had any needs to contact them directly. I'm guessing they used a professional decorator for the place cause its over the top beautiful. I like to cook and the kitchen had every utensil I needed. Rare that I find this in rentals. I had a dinner party for 20 and had plenty of beautiful place settings and room!! Top Notch Experience

We have stayed in numerous places and this is by far at the top of the places we have stayed. Communication by the Heather/Ed was amazing from the beginning of the process. The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures and the place looks professionally decorated. Heather literally thought of everything when she was putting the condo together and the kitchen is stocked. We didn't need any supplies (paper towels, TP, detergent, sandwich bags, body wash, etc) - so amazing for a condo to supply these items and the beach gear was great so we didn't have to pack our own. Pool and shuttle are such nice amenities (pool is outstanding). We can't wait to go back! I would recommend Tupelo Bay and this condo to anyone. Ed and Heather are amazing hosts, you won't be disappointed!

Relax in Heaven

Not enough words to describe this gorgeous retreat. The workmanship and quality are top notch featuring wood blinds. Not one amenity missing. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes, cookware, bakeware, mixer, blender, toaster etc. There were seasonings and oils, sugar, flour and tea. I can’t list everything. The best VRBO I have rented. The floor plan is wonderful as is the decor. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen island is big enough to prep and serve a huge buffet. There’s a full size refrigerator and freezer with water dispenser. There is a full size washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board which came in handy to spruce up clothes from the suitcases. The balcony is cozy with chairs and table. There’s a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool. There are beach gear available however we didn’t have time to explore the shed and indulge in those offerings. There are games to play in the closet. TVs in each bedroom. It apparently is 2 years old but when you walk in you think you are the first to stay as it still smells new and well maintained I would rate this a 10 star place to relax. Would highly recommend! If back in the area I’d definitely rent it again!!Heather checked in with us a couple times. Terrific host and hostess!!

Amazing!

We have stayed at many places over the years and can honestly say Heather and Ed's condo was the nicest rental my family and I have ever seen. From the actual condo to the location, amenities provided, and host communication, it was simply amazing. You can really see the care and attention the hosts put into their home. Their condo was well stocked with not only beach gear but things you do not always see provided in a rental like shampoo, soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc. I had the pleasure of connecting with Ed on the phone because their cleaner thought a toaster was missing. He was going to send a new one if it was not there. I connected with Heather via text when she checked in on everything. Both were easy communicators and you could tell they truly wanted our stay to be great. If you are coming to Myrtle Beach and stay here, you will not be disappointed. When we come back, we will absolutely look to book with Heather and Ed again!

This is a great location, just tucked away enough from the busyness of the strips but close enough to be near the fun within a few minutes. Great amenities on site and a cozy space to relax when ready to take it easy. Ed and Heather were great hosts!

An absolute must

If you are looking for a clean well kept place that is not in the middle of all the hustle bustle of Myrtle Beach this is your place. Very well stocked, including beach items in a storage closet. Owners were fantastic, pictures don’t do it justice, we will certainly be back!!

Everything was great. Communication, property description, location….The unit was beautiful, close to the beach, and short drives to Myrtle Beach, the airport and Murrel’s Inlet. Owners made the process a breeze and already looking forward to a future visit.

The perfect place!

We stay in a lot of Airbnbs and VRBOs. This was potentially the best stocked unit I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely beautiful, so clean, nicely furnished, and had a great location. As mentioned, the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a ton of closet space in storage, with ample towels, bedding, paper, products, and everything else we needed. The hosts are absolutely gracious and were a pleasure to deal with. I would give this a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

My best VRBO experience!

This vacation was my best VRBO experience. Heather and Ed are the best hosts, providing guests a great experience in their beautiful home. The home is stocked with everything you need, and more, and the property is absolutely beautiful. We were able to pack light knowing that everything we needed for our beach trip was already there. The furniture was very comfortable and stylish and the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommended staying in this property.
