Two Bedroom Oceanfront Oasis: Relax and Unwind at Our Sea Master Beach Condo

Sea Master 403 is a two-bedroom, two-bath side ocean-view condo located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a private oceanfront balcony, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Common area includes a swimming pool, two elevators, and coin-operated laundry room per floor. See photos and visual tour for more property details. Limit two parking passes. No trailers. No golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Take a day trip to Charleston to experience shopping, a harbor cruise, a city carriage tour, or a plantation tour. Charleston is only 87 miles from Garden City Beach - approximately two hours. It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.

Property Advertized as being recently renovated,however, one would never imagine this to be the case. King size bed made up sloppily. The bed spread was soiled & the sheets appeared stained & aged. I walked in sock feet & socks were covered with hairs & partial false eyelashes! Both tubs appeared to be untouched by disinfectant or cleaners, much less elbow grease. We nicknamed back deck “the leaning tower of Pisa.”

Disappointing

Rundown-the property rented was apparently sold-was never informed that it was listed for sale. By the time I was notified, I could not find any other rentals through other sources. The "comparable" property I had to accept was very rundown, smelled. The kitchen had 4 forks, a few glasses....Wish I had taken pictures to post. What I thought was VRBO was actually managed by Garden City Realty. You have to go to their offices to sign off on MORE paperwork before they give you the code for the keyless entry. Makes no sense. VERY disappointed.

Upon arrival we had one bed that had not had sheets changed, floors had not been vac/swept or mopped. Sheets on pull out couch had not been changed after previous guests use. Out condo hallway/corridor and elevator needed attention more often than once a weep. We had a pile of sand outside our door the whole week.

Amazing place to stay

The views are amazing from this condo. Place was spectacular clean. Easy communication b/ Garden City Realty. My only complaint was the elevator across the hall from us was broken which was a pain for luggage, but it didn’t effect our stay. My husband and I couldn’t get over how clean it was. We definitely will stay at this place again. It was a quick walk to the pier and some bar restaurants where we didn’t have to take the car out too much. Love, love, love! Wish we had 20% down to buy it!

Beautiful Condo

This unit was recently renovated, and professionally decorated. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The furniture was very comfortable and the wall decor was stunning. The kitchen had anything and everything you would need for your stay. The view was perfect being on the side of the building. The only thing that was a little bit unnerving was the slope of the deck. Looking at some of the other decks, it appears that is normal, but still felt strange.

Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect and beautiful. Loved the ocean view.

Wonderful time spent. Beautiful condo. Only concerns was the balcony leaned and was a bit scary to sit on. Not sure of this was the design or if it is in need of repair. Also bedroom and bathroom doors hard to close and sticks. Wish the elevator near our condo had been working since I was traveling with family with foot injury. Hope it is repaired soon. I would return again to this condo of concerns are corrected. Very beautiful and relaxing area to stay.
