Oceanfront gem

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed this condo and property. It is clean and literally steps off the beach and right at a lifeguard stand. The pool, jacuzzi, icecream shop, bar and cute little gift shop made our stay very relaxing and convenient. The condo was perfectly sized for 2 and very well renovated. The property is a short drive to area restaurants and a nice walk to the pier for drinks and live music.

Decent amenities, beach great, wonderful views from every location. Only complaint is that unit needs a new coffeemaker. Would have liked to have cushion for lounge on balcony. King bed a big plus

Nice place for a getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent the week on this property with my fiancé and there are no issues at all with the condo. A couple things to note for full disclosure. The parking garage is very tight and difficult to pass another guest when you meet going in or out. Especially when there is a long vehicle parked in a space. The area was very crowded and noisy up until about 11 pm. So be aware of that when booking.

Wonderful Vacation at Waters Edge Resort #906

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a WONDERFUL vacation at Waters Edge Resort. We stayed in unit #906 which is our new favorite. We have stayed at Waters Edge many times, usually on the 7th and 6th floors. The kitchen in Unit 906 was very well stocked, more than just the basic dishes, utensils and pans. It had an ice maker, pitchers, blender, crock pot, zip lock bags, leftover food containers, salt and pepper, creamer, plenty of paper towels and dishwasher detergent, etc! The decor was really nice and the king size bed, living room couch and chairs were comfortable. The balcony had 2 high-chairs and a table, making it easier to see out over the ocean. The sleeper sofa was NOT comfortable and the window blinds in the bedroom did not provide privacy. We hung a towel up to cover the gap. This was the only negative thing about the unit.The security at Waters Edge was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking in the deck. The elevators were not slow and we rarely waited very long for one to arrive. One started making a loud noise one evening and it was fixed the next morning.Check in was very smooth. They texted us when our room was ready and we were able to check in a couple hours early, which was really nice!Of course, the beach was wonderful and relaxing! We will be back many more times. We prefer staying in Garden City rather than in Myrtle Beach for the family friendly, easy going and relaxing environment.
