High Cotton is a five-bedroom, four-bath channel front home located 3 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This home features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include two king, three double, and one twin-sized bed, plus one double-over-double bunk bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, one daybed, and two trundles. Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchenette with a mini fridge and Blackstone grill, a covered sitting area with a TV and picnic table, ping-pong, darts, cornhole, and foosball, comfortable poolside furniture, a convenient bathroom, and a private floating dock.
