Welcome to Seawatch Inn at the Landing in Garden City/Murrells Inlet. Here your mornings start with a sunrise over the water and your evenings end with a soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down.



The highlight of this 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the private screened-in porch overlooking Murrells Inlet. Bring your coffee out at sunrise and keep an eye on the channel, where dolphins often swim by.

Location

Garden City Beach is about 5 minutes away. Ice cream shops, Sam’s Corner, and the Garden City Pier are also close by, and live bands play at the end of the pier in summer. The Murrells Inlet MarshWalk’s waterfront restaurants are a short drive away. Myrtle Beach attractions such as Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are about 20 minutes north, depending on traffic.



You’ll have the whole condo and porch to yourselves. If you need anything during your stay, there’s an on-site office, and our property manager is available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

“Inlet Breeze” is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo set up for easy beach days and slow mornings, with room for up to 7 guests.

Living and dining

The full kitchen has new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a drip coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, cookware, and all the dishes and utensils you need to cook in.



The screened porch

This is the spot everyone ends up. The private screened-in porch looks out over Murrells Inlet, and it’s perfect for watching the sunrise with your coffee. Keep an eye on the channel, because dolphins often swim by.

Garden City and Murrells Inlet are classic South Carolina beach towns: relaxed, family-friendly, and built around the water.



The beach and the pier

Garden City Beach is about 5 minutes away. Along the way you’ll pass local favorites like Sam’s Corner and a few ice cream shops. The Garden City Pier is close by, too, and in summer, live bands play at the end of the pier in the evenings.



The inlet

Murrells Inlet is right outside your porch, so bird watching and dolphin spotting come with your morning coffee. The inlet is also a great place to kayak, paddleboard, or fish.



The MarshWalk

A short drive away, the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is a half-mile boardwalk over the salt marsh, lined with waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s the area’s go-to spot for dinner with a view.



Around town

You’ll find small local restaurants, laid-back bars, and arcades the kids will love, which makes it easy to fill a vacation without going far.



Getting Around:

On foot

Ice cream, Sam’s Corner, the arcade, and the Garden City Pier are all close to the condo, and the beach is about 5 minutes away.



By car

A car makes it easy to explore more of the Grand Strand:

• Murrells Inlet MarshWalk: a short drive for waterfront dining

• Myrtle Beach attractions: Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and plenty of golf courses, all about 20 minutes north depending on traffic

• Grocery stores and larger retailers: a short drive away

Your stay includes one reserved parking spot at the building.



Without a car

Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are generally available in Garden City and Murrells Inlet.



Interaction with Guests:

There’s an on-site office at Seawatch Inn, and our property manager, Renata Beebe, is available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a question or need something during your stay, reach out and we’ll take care of it.



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Weekly stays check in on Saturdays.
