Amenities include electric kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, outdoor grill, screened porch, small balcony, and use of Inlet Pointe boat dock (no overnight docking). The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the inlet. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
