Be among the first to experience Buoy Haus, an exciting new coastal retreat arriving in Spring 2027 on the south end of Garden City Beach. Thoughtfully designed for family vacations and group getaways, this brand-new home will blend modern coastal style with spacious gathering areas, private bedroom suites, and plenty of ways to relax and have fun together.

One of the highlights will be a second-floor creekside game den with access to the porch and plenty of space for games, entertainment, and lounging. Outdoors, guests can look forward to a private pool and hot tub, creekside dock, and recreation spaces designed for both kids and adults. And that’s just the beginning—expect even more fun surprises as Buoy Haus comes to life!

Just across the street from the beach, Buoy Haus offers the best of both worlds—easy beach access with a beautiful creekside setting. Spend your days by the water, exploring Garden City Beach, or heading to the nearby Murrells Inlet MarshWalk for waterfront dining, live music, and Lowcountry sunsets.

With generous indoor and outdoor spaces and thoughtful amenities for all ages, Buoy Haus is being designed as a place where families can gather, play, relax, and make memories year after year.

PRIVATE POOL
Pool heat is available for $500 + tax (April 1-May 31, September 1-October 31). Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

Pool & Spa Heat Disclaimer
This home offers pool heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. For the spa, this is not a stand-alone hot tub—it is part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues. If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
