« Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...

« I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future. « Etablissement un peu vieillot et loin du centre ville mais un personnel accueillant et coopératif. Le Wifi est aléatoire (Souvent en Australie) et la piscine petite mais bien entretenue. Il faut essayer le 'sandwich petit-déjeuner' proposé à la réception, c'est divin avant de reprendre la route. »
