« Very quiet and comfortable anytime and the staff is more than hospitable and caring »

« Staff are really nice and accommodating. Considering the hotel being the oldest, it doesn’t look old at all. Hotel looks very classic and elegant. Very close to the pasalubong stores (Merzi and Bongbong’s). 30 minutes from the airport. »

« Fun place for the money! Accommodations were a little rough, no hot water, mold on the walls, and water leaking In under walls when it was raining »

« The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...) At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly. »

« Staff are very helpful and friendly..the property is not good but its just ok for a minimal cost.standard room are so small to just fit in one small bed small stuff for every thing..including bathroom.hehehhe. »

« I had a good stay . Most of the staff are nice , other than the a few front desk employees. Few ladies at front desk got some attitude and hardly smile . They’re not so welcoming at all . But the rest of the staff housekeeping and the kitchen crew are nice . Food is great as well . Thanks you all . »

« Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy...

« Overall stay was pleasant. I will come back. »

« This hotel is phenomenal. The Room is very clean and well maintained. Their breaksfast is serving is so big and a lot of extras. Lastly, their Staff are very friendly and polite. Two thumbs up to this hotel. »
