« The apartment was very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. The check in procedure was clearly communicated with no problems. It is situated close to shopping amenities and conveniently located for travel to local nature reserves and the university. Toronto city centre and Niagara Falls are within easy reach for a day trip.There is a balcony to the rear of the property with a view across a garden area so nice to sit out. »

« We had a great stay. The property looks newly built. Inside was bright and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed.Just FYI (because I didn’t notice when I booked), there is no on site parking. There is street parking available, and Kitchener bylaws allow you to register for an overnight parking exemption, but these would be cancelled in heavy snow. The host does provide some alternative locations to park nearby.Overall, would strongly recommend this place. »

« The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. As well, there’s only one parking spot, so I highly recommend parking across the...
