"On May 16th, upon my arrival, I was given a room different from the one I had booked. Moreover, I found the room in a disgusting condition, with even used condoms left there. It was a heavyset, dark-haired man who gave me this room. I went back to the reception and found another man, apparently of Pakistani or Iranian origin, who apologized and changed my room. However, even after that, the new room was still not up to standard."

"Good overnight stay. As with many hotels in Ontario, a shame there is still too much plastic & one-use dishes. In Europe this is no longer tolerated. Kind personnel."
