« All issues were addressed promptly. Kitchen was very convenient. Location was a bit tricky for parking as it was on a corner lot. One bathroom for 8 guests was a bit tight. The sofas for beds were not comfortable. Only 3 towels available upon arrival with just one roll of toilet paper. One bedroom had a keypad lock we were not warned about. Had some issues with ants at one sofa. The place had a strange smell and not from the cleaners either. »

"Malgré un accueil froid, impersonnel et plutôt désagréable, je garde un excellent souvenir de notre séjour de trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville : une station de métro se trouve à proximité immédiate et de nombreux points d’intérêt sont accessibles à pied. Notre suite au 16e étage était spacieuse, très bien aménagée et offrait une belle vue. Le canapé-lit pour mon fils était préparé à notre arrivée, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Dommage que son matelas ait été peu confortable. En revanche, le lit principal était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner était de qualité, varié et très bien géré. Malgré la taille de l’établissement, nous avons eu peu d’attente et le buffet était toujours bien approvisionné. Le personnel de la salle était d'ailleurs très agréable et serviable. La piscine intérieure est de bonne taille dommage que l’eau était un peu trop fraîche à mon goût. Enfin, la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter."

"L’hôtel est idéalement placé (15min à pieds de la gare et de nombreux lieux touristiques + métro proche), idéal pour les déplacements en transports en communs. Très propre, la chambre était agréable et confortable, nous n’avons pas eu de problèmes de bruits ou autre. Le personnel est accueillant, il est possible de laisser les bagages le jour où vous devez rendre la chambre, très pratique pour continuer de visiter la ville avant de partir. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons l’hôtel et reviendrons avec grand plaisir."

"Points positifs : • Nous recommandons cet hébergement : les chambres sont très propres, la literie est confortable et nous y avons globalement très bien dormi. • Navette retour (Hôtel ➔ Aéroport) très fluide : réservation simple à l'accueil avec le numéro de chambre, véhicule confortable, chauffeur très sympa et arrivée parfaitement dans les temps. Points à améliorer : • Navette à l'arrivée (Aéroport ➔ Hôtel) : système contraignant pour les arrivées internationales. Obligés de téléphoner (forfait étranger) ou d'attendre aux 2 téléphones de l'aéroport, nous avons dû payer un Uber car beaucoup trop d'attente alors qu'on était épuisé. L'hôtel connaissant déjà nos réservations et chambres, inscrire un créneau par messagerie en amont serait bien plus simple. • Agencement inégal : pour deux réservations identiques, la chambre au 15e était spacieuse avec baignoire, tandis que la seconde était bien plus petite avec une simple douche. Pression d'eau : débit sous la douche extrêmement faible, ce qui gâche l'utilisation du pommeau. • Insonorisation intérieure : isolation moyenne, on entend les voix des voisins et les portes claquer le matin lors du ménage. • Entretien & Service : lavabos fissurés dans nos 2 chambres, TV du salon qui ne fonctionne pas."

"Hôtel très bien situé, au petit-déjeuner copieux et varié (prévoir de l’attente si vous arrivez après 8h30). Le personnel est serviable, à l'écoute et prêt à aider. Un parking public couvert payant se trouve en face, idéal pour garer sa voiture sans se prendre la tête. Nous n’avons rien à redire si ce n’est un Wi-Fi extrêmement capricieux et difficile à capter depuis notre chambre... et du bruit le soir dans les couloirs."

"Le petit déjeuner est au top dans cet hôtel, grande variété de produits et pas d'attente pour notre part. Concernant la chambre (pour 4) un peu petite,mais surtout la salle de bain mérite une rénovation, fuite d'eau au plafond dans la nôtre du au système d'extraction. L'emplacement est également un bon point."
