« This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. « Our stay at this property was excellent. We came with our daughter for her MCAT exam. Our entire experience went smoothly: very clean modern house equipped with all amenities; extremely quiet neighborhood; parcs at walking distance and hosts respond immediately. Impressed with quality of mattresses. We felt like home! Owners went beyond expectation by mailing us forgotten charger. Thank you very much for your hospitality! »

Ray was very responsive and helpful from the onset.From when we made inquiries,checked in and all the way to the last day of check out.The house was clean, appliances functioned effectively.Thought and effort was put into the interior decor. « Logement propre et soigné Probleme avec la 3 ème " place " pour cette chambre. En effet, la 3 ème personne devra dormir sur un canapé très fin ( moins de 50 cm de profondeur ) La clim est constamment au plus froid de plus Nous savions que la 3 ème place était sur un canapé mais la couché dessus nous dépassons de tout les côtes.. Je pense que ce logement devrait être bloqué pour 2 personnes »

« Beautiful home, wonderful neighborhood. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. We didn't have hand towels and face clothes in all bathrooms. My suggestion is bring soap for showers and conditioner. They only had shampoo. Carpets were dirty. No microwave and remote in one bedroom was oily. »

« We enjoy our stay at this rental. The host was very responsive to our questions. The beds were good. The double bed was an easy to use air mattress. Linen was provided with plenty of towels. Home was very clean. Pictures are accurate depiction of the rental. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this home for the weekend with my husband and family. Communication with the host was excellent, and the house itself was impeccable—very clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious. We truly enjoyed our time there.The only downsides were that the garage had a strong trash smell and was a bit dirty, and there were no bath towels provided for guests—only small hand towels.
