« Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du parc Mont-Royal et des transports. En cas de soucis, notre interlocutrice répond rapidement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nécessaire pour éviter les fourmis car nous avons dû entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo. »

« Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier sympa. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir 3 chambres. Bien équipé avec des équipements communs comme machine à laver et sèche linge dans les communs.Par contre les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes entre la rue et le bar et l’immeuble très mal isolé, on attend les voisins dans l’escalier et chez eux (embêtant en pleine nuit).Attention escalier raide pour les personnes avec problème de mobilité. »

« Our stay started off poorly, as the host had us checking in a day late, when clearly the reservation was correct. Then, he would not respond to my messages or to VRBO when they called him repeatedly. We had to wait at the airport for an hour while VRBO attempted to contact him. « The vendor had a lot of conditions prior to check in and ended up charging us more when I informed them that my two daughters would be staying with us, this was not on the website. There are two parking spots on the property for which they use a separate booking system. The spots were full of garbage and someone had defecated on a pillow in the spot. « The host was great - responded very quickly to questions both before and during our stay! It was below zero outside the whole weekend, and the heat worked well, no issues! Very cozy condo. Also, great wireless and hot water/water pressure. Both bathrooms were especially nice. I recommend backpacks or shoulder bags for carrying luggage up the back spiral stairs from your car (nice to have a parking spot). Also, note the back stairs are to the right of the parking spot when facing the building....

« The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »

"Le stationnement était correct. Ce que j'ai moins aimé c'est le tapis dans la chambre qui n'aide pas la respiration la nuit. L'emplacement de la chambre au 1' étage n'était pas approprié pour la longue marche à faire et de l'ascenseur qui monte au premier mais ne descend pas fallait monter des marches avec nos bagages pour pouvoir redescendre avec un autre ascenseur. Ensuite j'ai téléphoné à la réception pour avoir le numéro du poste TV afin d'écouter la partie d'hockey et on m'a dit 21-1 et ce poste n'avait aucun connection au réseau, ,"
