Switch out the old fashioned key lock entrance to main front door. Provide more detailed recommendation for secure parking options in the neighborhood. »

« A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

« Nous serons ravi de conseiller ce séjour à nos amis et à notre famille.L'entrée et la sortie du logement se font facilement. Tous est à proximité (métro, magasins...). Rien ne manque dans le logement (lave vaisselles, lave-linge, multiprise avec prise usb...) : c'était parfait ! »

« The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »

« Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier sympa. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir 3 chambres. Bien équipé avec des équipements communs comme machine à laver et sèche linge dans les communs.Par contre les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes entre la rue et le bar et l’immeuble très mal isolé, on attend les voisins dans l’escalier et chez eux (embêtant en pleine nuit).Attention escalier raide pour les personnes avec problème de mobilité. »
