« Nice and quiet place with access to the Muskrat lake. We had a great stay. Would definitely go back. Great sunsets. »

« We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. The property was clean and everything we needed was there even on cooler nights. We had to clean the side of the water a little since a lot of seeweed was there but overall it was great. We enjoyed some kayak on a super calm lake. Little town near by where we went to get evetables that we needed. All our family really enjoyed our stay and definitly will recommend this cute paradise. »

« Cuisine bien équipée...un lave-vaisselle serait un plus!Espace commune ,très agréable et bien éclairée.Grand espace de stationnement.La location est pour 10 personnes, il y a seulement 8 chaises de disponibles autour de la table.Le séjour a été très agréable pour notre famille!On y retournerait.Nicole D. »

« Four of us - 2 adults and 2 teens - spent a lovely, last minute trip March 13-15, 2025. The cabin did not disappoint. Nestled along the mighty Madawaska River and tucked down in the forest. We played cards, watched movies, and a sat on the awesome couch with a warm fire while enjoying the views. All basic comforts of home were available, the cabin was clean, and we were more than impressed. Would have loved to have had access to the sun porch, but understandably not in use over winter. « This was the perfect place for us while visiting relatives in the area and only an hour drive from the Ottawa airport. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. The hot tub, fire pit and a glass of wine at the rivers edge were added touches of enjoyment. The S’mores were delicious, thank you Brianna. »

« Everything was as described. All amenities worked well. Beautiful view and a private beach. A two minute drive to Calabogie golf course was a bonus (and a fantastic course at that!). Quick and easy communication with the host. We will very likely be back in the future. »

« Was a very good stay. I was personally there for a work trip but brought my wife and shih-tzus along as well. The property is very well set up for dog owners as there is a fenced dog area to let them go pee and even the front deck has a dog gate. Space is very large and quite modern for a cottage. simple kayaks and canoe's on-site. Simple of the infrastructure (i.e. docks and chairs on dock) could use some some repairs. But overall superb stay »

« Un endroit merveilleux! Chalet propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Grand terrain. Petite plage, quai, accès à la Rivière des Outaouais pour faire du paddleboard ou du kayak. Endroit pour faire un feu. Piste cyclable à proximité. Aussi, le propriétaire Chowdhury a été d’une disponibilité impeccable pour répondre rapidement à toutes nos questions. Vraiment un très beau séjour! »

« We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a home. The owners were helpful and responsive and made check in and check out easy. The three stories in the house ensure that everyone has their own space. The full kitchen has all of the essentials and extras. Everything you need is provided - they thought of everything! The owners even left fishing equipment out after learning my sons wanted to fish. « Terry's place is heavenly! Ideally located, perfectly equiped and maintained, and also very large and very, very comfortable. Everything necessary to life is provided and available: towels, sheets, salt and pepper, oil, wood for the fireplaces (two of them in the garden!), canoes... everything!
