« Location was pretty good. Mickey Mouse was on the front door to greet us. Towels were stored wet and had to be washed/dried again before using. Parking was a wee bit difficult to locate. Staircase from parking was a skinny, steep spiral and not good for getting luggage into the room. Parking in front for easier loading and unloading was not described and was minimal...and occupied. « The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to...
