« The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »

« L'appartement est trÚs bien placé, trÚs agréable et trÚs fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus (à chaque fois que nous avons pris nos repas à l'appartement, nous avons profité avec bonheur de cette terrasse). Réjean est un hÎte exceptionnel, trÚs à l'écoute, qui nous a donné tous les bons plans de son quartier et qui a toujours répondu trÚs rapidement à toutes nos demandes. »

Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ© pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nĂ©cessaire pour Ă©viter les fourmis car nous avons dĂ» entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo. »
