« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« The apartment is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for 6. Host was highly responsive, and the neighborhood walkable and a great anchor for visiting much of the city. Apt is on the 3rd floor but noise from the street (especially on weekends) is a bit loud at night. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again but if you are a light sleeper take into account ways to mitigate it. Definitely recommend. »

« Check in was confusing, was not clearly communicated--I had requested early check in *if possible* but that was ignored, told check in instructions would be sent "closer to check in" but not told when. EG if I was told "You will have check in instructions at 2pm local time GREAT, I can plan around that but the process was frustrating I had to reach out to get the timeframe multiple times; sent in ID 3x; tech issues with forms? « We had a great stay in Roma Norte at this property with our family group. There was enough room to stretch out and have privacy for each couple, while also enjoying a large communal space. The building has 24/7 security at the front door for extra peace of mind. Our host was attentive and answered questions promptly, and we found the location to be convenient to area attractions, bars and restaurants. We would stay there again on our next trip to Mexico City! »

« My family went to Mexico City for the Independence Day celebrations and this was conveniently located to many things downtown. The home is very large, clean, and comfortable. It is described well in the listing. It was a little warm the days we visited but there were fans in the bedrooms which kept it comfortable. The hosts were responsive. Two thumbs up! »
