« I need to start by stating the photos are very old and deceiving. Most of this unit shows a lot of wear. We stayed for 6 nights. Bring the following before entering the unit. Filtered water is not provided. Paper towels not provided. Pots and pans are worn and need to be replaced by owner. Rugs throughout the unit are dirty and very frayed. This place reminded us that staying in hotels really does beat staying in rentals.The place was very clean, but there were other things that made our stay less comfortable.It was noisy. « Great location, walkable to many places, buses and metro are very nearby. Lots of food options. The apartment is on Reforma, and there's a construction site which is noisy. The room is not spotless clean. But acceptable. We checked in at 130am. Really late, the given code is not working. « When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. »
