« We arrived before check-in time, but the desk staff was really helpful - gave us a call when the room was ready, so we were able to go on a bike ride around Hood River. I always appreciate older, classic properties, and the Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa is a gem. Great, comfortable room, great food at Valentino's, and grounds that make you want to explore. The price was great, and we'll stay again the next time we're in town. »

« No fridge, No microwave, No coffee pot, Not iron board. $12/day to park on the street while constantly reupping the meter app every three hours.. When I complained the next day they said I could have parked 2 blocks away t the train station. The room was VERY small. Enough for a Queen bed and about 18 inch to walk around.. that's it. The "desk" was a night stand with a foot rest for a "chair". Very poor for a traveling business person with medication requiring refrigeration. Left a day early on...

« Everything was clean and well kept up. Gentleman working the front desk at check in was very personable. The only downside of the stay was that there was no body wash or soap for the shower. »
