« A really special place. Stunning views. Cabin is beautiful and finished to a high standard. Had plans to go for walks but everything was so comfortable and well thought out that we never left the cabin until check out 2 days later. Hosts are lovely and have thought of everything. « Wonderful accommodation in an unbelievably beautiful and serene setting. Woke up to a view of rolling green pastures and grazing sheep. Very clean, comfortable beds, high-end shower with spa towels. We stayed with one other couple and it was a storage challenge with all of our luggage, but to be expected in a glamping situation. « It is exactly what it says it is being on a dairy farm but I didnt realize we would be sleeping 20 feet away from the barn that has cows so there was quite an aroma and the cows were noisy. We found several spiders along with a giant slug on the wall the last night so we were looking forward to get out of there. We stayed here since it was the cheapest and most northern place to the rail line going up to the Open but would have booked elsewhere »

« We LOVED staying at Shepherd’s Rest! Mary was so helpful and hospitable. She made sure that we were comfortable and had all the information needed for our stay and our activities in the area. The hut itself was very clean and comfortably accommodated 4 of us. The property and surrounding area is beautiful- photos do not do it justice. We highly recommend staying in this lovely, unique spot! »

« Absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and quaint, with everything you need for a short stay. The pod is cozy and the hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day. We met one of the hosts who gave us the safest route to walk to town. If we are in the Bushmills area again, this is where we will stay. »
