The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. « Appartement très agréable avec petit jardin que nous avons bien apprécié. Logement très bien situé pour visiter tout la toscane : Lucca Montepulciano, viareggo Sienne Pietrasanta ,Florence et beaucoup d’autres villes. C’est un bon coin de départ ! « Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

« We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and attractive 2 bedroom apartment in a comfortable neighborhood about half a mile from the tower and 1.5 miles from the train station. « Struttura veramente bella noi abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio in formula residence ,appartamento bello,curato nell'arredamento e pulitissimo. Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . "J'ai réservé 4 nuits pour les 60 ans de mon mari. Aucune petite attention ou mot de la part de l'hôtel, comme cela se pratique dans d'autres hôtels. Les doses de café ne sont pas systématiquement renouvelées, donc on ne peut pas prendre un café dans la chambre. Une bouteille d'eau au lieu de 2. Points positifs : location et propreté. Déçue de l'accueil de cet hôtel, impersonnel."
