« Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

« Well maintained property and friendly as well as polite staff. Had a problem with shut-off shower which was fixed immediately by their team. Stay was pleasant and really recommended for couples and families. »

« Eşim ve iki oğlumla misafir olduk. Odalar tertemizdi. Hijyen konusundaa hiçbir problem yoktu. »

« Very nice view on the sea side. Just get to-go food and eat in the balcony. There are multiple grocery stores close by. Parking is available but 5 minutes walking. It is a little hard to unload the car since the hotel is on a busy main street. We forgot one bag outside due to rush but the hotel employees were very helpful and found us to hand us the bag we left behind while checking in. »

« Tres bien situé pour un congrès au World trade centre. 1 mn de marche. »

« Otel merkezi konumda olup ulaşım her yöne sorunsuzdu. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Yalnızca,kettle kirliydi ve eskiydi en büyük ihtiyaç olduğundan artık değiştirilmesi gereken durumdaydı. Kahve makinesi yerine de çaydanlık düşünülebilirdi. Buzdolabı kirliydi. Sanki hiç temizlenmiyor havası verdi. Sürekli asansörde de, kirli çamaşırların bulunması ve taşınması tuhaftı. Genel anlamda iyiydi. Yine tatil için kalmak istediğimizde tercih ederiz. »

« Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again. »

« Nous sommes venus à 7 en famille dans 2 chambres séparées. Les employés ainsi que le gérant sont très réactifs. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours, le ménage est fait également tous les jours si souhaité. Tout est à proximité à pied environ 15 min. L aéroport est a environ 50min. L hôtel propose le service de navette en surplus mais cela a rendu notre séjour plus serein. Un lit de bébé avait été préparé sans que l on demande, le logement était parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes. "Très bel hôtel avec une magnifique architecture. Par contre le bassin et les fontaines animées sont en travaux jusqu’en octobre ce qui fait que l’hôtel est entouré de palissades…. Ce qui casse la vue environnante dommage. Le personnel est charmant et irréprochable. Très bien tenu. À côté de Dubai Mall et de burj khalifa."

"Neima at the reception is fabulous. Habib at the pool bar is super kind. The location of the hotel is UNIQUE. The food they serve is really tasty and good. On the other hand, music at the pool can continue until 4 am. if you like quiet nights and your room is pool view, forget about it! Also, reception is super nice but the rooms are really getting old and the hotel should need restyling! All in all, this is a good 4* hotel. Pity as the potential is for a full 5!"
