« Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

« This last-minute booking was a super sleeper. We will definitely be back. The rooms were clean and spacious. You can tell they’ve been remodeled. The beds were comfy. The water pressure was AMAZING! They advertise continental breakfast, but it was expanded. Convenient to everything but still really quiet 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. »

« The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great. »
