The Space:

A finished 1,100 sq ft lower-level suite designed for independent stays: its own private entrance, free parking, and no shared interior spaces with the upstairs home (the owners use the upper level as a vacation home and may come and go — their schedule varies). Inside: updated clean bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries, shower/tub combos, stylish vanities, and extra linens. Cozy fireplace and mountain views.



Guest Access:

Full private access to the entire garden-level suite via its own entrance. Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley are all reasonable drives; Pineview Reservoir (boating, fishing, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding) and hiking and biking trails are nearby.



The Neighborhood:

The Mountain Green area of Morgan County — quieter and more residential than the Eden resort villages, with Snowbasin about 10 minutes away (an Olympic venue), Powder Mountain about 30, Nordic Valley about 30. Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville boating run about 25 minutes; Wolf Creek Golf Course about 25. Downtown Ogden's dining and shopping are about 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

A car is essential, with free parking at the suite. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 35–45 minutes. Skiers should sort resort passes in advance.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Free parking on the premises. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Nearby Eden and Huntsville offer cafes, restaurants, summer concerts, grocery with online ordering and delivery, bike and ski rental, and coffee shops.
