« The surrounding area to the property is gorgeous and has great potential for a nice place to get away; however, the lack of information prior to arriving was a bit of a let down. Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled. « I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was lovely, and the best part of my trip was being so close to all the amazing hikes in the area. This is a great spot for anyone looking to explore Boone, Blowing Rock, or Linville Gorge, and it was the perfect place to come back to and reset after a day of adventure. PS My favorite hike was Table Rock, and Wiseman’s View is an absolute must-do. »

« This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. It’s also very close to Appalachian State University. We stayed and went to a football game at the college then came back to relax. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Laura the host was very accommodating too. We will be back. I highly recommend this lovely Farmhouse. »

« If I had to find a negative, it would be that I could not get the outdoor lights over the backyard to come on, but it was not that big a deal- just a minor inconvenience. Great property and will stay there again on our next trip. »
