Mount Vernon

« Book it! We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It's very cool and kitschy, like being in a time capsule. Everything was clean and the bed sheets are so soft. There is definitely internet and a tv in the main room. It's an easy short walk to town. It's located right behind a church in a safe neighborhood with a basketball hoop right across the street. If you're looking for cozy, relaxing, affordable and cool - this is it! »

« As a custom home builder I craft intentional spaces for a living. In my humble opinion this home absolutely hit the mark. The home was well thought out and SO peaceful. I was there to see family, but may go back just to read a book on the day bed in the sunroom. It was surrounded by sliding doors nestled in a canopy of tree tops. Felt like heaven. I don’t remember sleeping that well. Joe and Craig were consummate hosts. We had everything we needed and they were very communicative. 10/10, would...

« Very clean, and very open floor plan, lots of room to work with for 4 people. Hot tub was nice, right outside the back door. Lots of deer in the morning eating grass was a nice sight. Very quiet, very peaceful trees took you out of city life and into the country. We loved it. Close to shops and the Mohican state park where there were activities for the younger family. Would stay here again. Owner was great with communication. »
