« This property was misrepresented and unacceptable as a rental property. The property manager is completely unresponsive and hinds behind Vcasa. Vcasa is completely inept and gives all power to the local manager who is allowed to be unresponsive and rent a unlivable propriety with no repercussions. My family and friends (3 families, 6 adults and 6 children) were at risk of grease fire from the stove/oven which was unusable due to this issue. Additionally, the oven barely worked and only 1 burner...

« We had the best time while staying here! It was clean, updated and spacious, which was perfect for our little ones. The owner got back to me right away, when I had a question about something. The best part was being able to walk to the sports center, as it was so close! »

When we received Vacasa arrival text asking how our house was with cleanliness and did we need anything we didn't get a response from anyone local for 3 days.
