« The place was freezing! Following the directions to use the heaters was only successful on a couple of the units. Most of them just sat at the minimum heat levels. NONE of the TVs worked or at least didn't have any service. There were NO directions on how to use them, and many tries with both remotes resulted only in frustration. Someone left the window open in the main bathroom until we got there...don't know why. The ceiling in one of the rooms was coming down, and there were cracks in...

« Everything was great. Only thing that the water pressure on 3rd floor was bit low if everyone using the water at the same time. Otherwise, everything was great. »

« I stayed here with 4 families and kids. It has fun for all ages. The kids loved the upstairs kids fun zone and the adults loved the secret prohibition-themed room in the basement. It is a short ride to Camelback where we had a great time tubing. The outdoor back patio is also a great hangout spot with the fire pit and the hot tub. The bedrooms were all nice with comfy beds. I would definitely stay again. »

« Most of the stuff are nearby which is a plus. Dryer wasn’t working so we were unable to wash our clothes or swim wear. Tv only had YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. But everything else was convenient like the kitchen, grill, cooking utensils. »
