The Space:
This modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is designed for both comfort and style. The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals or entertaining guests. The living area offers a large sectional couch and smart TV, creating a cozy spot to relax after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for six.

On the second floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, private balcony, smart TV, and a deep closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a daybed with a trundle for extra sleeping space, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. This level also includes a convenient laundry room.

The entire top floor is devoted to the luxurious primary suite, which features a king bed, a large ensuite bathroom, an oversized smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private home office complete with a standing desk and access to a balcony.

Additional amenities include a tandem-style garage that fits 1–2 small to midsize vehicles (low clearance), brand-new furnishings and high-end finishes throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen plus linens and towels provided for your ease. This home is rented fully furnished only, with no pets or alterations permitted, ensuring a pristine and comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
🔑 Check-In & Access
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

🚗 Parking
There is a driveway on the first level of the home that can accommodate 1-2 small/midsize cars. There is a low clearance. If you are unsure if your car will fit, please inquire first.
IMPORTANT: The driveway to the right of the home belongs to the neighbor and is not for guest use.

Mount Pleasant is one of Charleston’s most desirable communities, filled with scenic marsh views, charming neighborhoods, and an abundance of dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. You’ll be just minutes from Shem Creek, where you can kayak with dolphins, enjoy waterfront restaurants, or catch a beautiful sunset.

Downtown Charleston is also just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the city’s rich history, world-class cuisine, and vibrant culture—then return home to peace and quiet by the beach.

📌 Rental Agreement Required
To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.
The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as house rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking.

🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal.

🚫 No Alterations or Furniture Rearrangement
Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furniture, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furniture or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed.

🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

🏙️ Noise Notice:
▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.

🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.

🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.

🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
▪️ If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
▪️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
▪️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
