Step inside The Big Spoon and ascend to the main living area, where an open-concept layout awaits on the second floor. The spacious living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen offer the perfect setting for entertaining and relaxation. Gather around the dining table, seating up to 8 guests, or pull up a stool at the island's countertop seating for 3. And don't forget to step out onto the cozy balcony to savor the refreshing sea breeze and soak in the tranquil ambiance.

Retreat to the third floor to discover the primary suite, boasting a king-sized bed, a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, and a private balcony overlooking the charming neighborhood below. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

For added flexibility, a third bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom is situated on the ground floor, accessible via an exterior door on the side of the main house. Please note that this space is not connected to the main house interior, offering privacy and seclusion for guests.

Guests can take advantage of the single parking space below the house, suitable for small/compact vehicles. Additional parking for trucks/SUVs or extra vehicles is available on surrounding neighborhood streets where permitted.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

Great visit!

I was visiting with my two adult daughters. It was their visit to Charleston. The house was clean and nicely appointed. Great location, central to lots of dining and activities. The beds were super comfortable. We appreciated being in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Grateful that we could have our dog with us. Our Subaru Crosstrek fit in the parking spot, but just barely. Very challenging to get in and out of that parking area.

Perfect shem creek rental

Wonderful stay! Very clean, and perfect location to go out at night to Shem creek. One small bedroom upstairs and third bed is only located through outside entrance. Overall great stay and easy communication.

Mt Pleasant Old Village

Overall the townhome is clean, lovely and nicely appointed in a quiet area within walking distance to several coffee spots, cafes and restaurants. Read the details on the listing as the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and not connected to the rest of the living space and only has a 1/2 bath. Also to note the 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, but you can't open the door all the way into the room without hitting the bed with the door. The mattress in this room was quite "lumpy" -- causing sleepers to roll toward the middle.
