« Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony! »

« Perfect location for a couple. The street noise could be loud at times as there is a restaurant/bar across the street, but a small price to pay for the convenience of shops and excellentrestaurants. We did not have a car as we were visiting family very nearby but parking can be challenging at peak hours. City Center is walkable but Ubers and public transportation are readily available. So many things to see in and around Philly, so at least spend a day walking to the city or around the area.The...

« Two night stay. Tiny tiny place, uncomfortable couch, slow slow tv on wifi, no TV in bedroom. Can't use oven, host has wrapped racks in foil and the smoke alarm goes off. Coffee ok but no creamer or sugar. Queen bed ok but double bed was rough. Bathroom looks nice but toilet leaks and there's a fly infestation in there. Parking and driveway is very tight, better have a small car. 180.00 cleaning fee???? Really??? Get a nice hotel for 250 a night, would ne cheaper!!!! »

« The bed listed was 3, but in reality it was not like that.. the third bed we have to set by ourself. Bed sheets and pillows were not at all clean, we couldn’t even use their bed sheet because of the bad smell. Parking is another issue with this property, if you are really looking for a parking facility along with stay, this is not the place. Only one good thing was the communication with host, it was excellent. The stay was not worth for money. »

« There are a few aspects of the apartment that are nice (location and comfortable beds), but unfortunately it is well worn and needs much improvement. It was not a comfortable place to be in given issues below. Brownish water dripped from the ceiling above the toilet in the back bathroom directly on and around the toilet, creating a large puddle on the floor and making the toilet not usable.
