« Technically the house was"clean" but it's grimy. The doors and floors all needed a deep clean. One of the showers had a curtain with red mold stains. The AC could not cool the upstairs properly, and the 3rd floor was excessively hot. The wall to wall carpet on the second floor was smelly. The living room was lacking seating for adults. « This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! »

« An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. « We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. West Gate Inn Nyack

8/10 Bien

"Bonne surprise pour ce petit hôtel vieillissant mais plein de charme. Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Espace confortable. Réfrigérateur, micro ondes, cafetière avec ce qu'il faut pour l'utiliser. Petite table avec fauteuil permettant de prendre un petit repas dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner agréable et varié.
