  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located one of a kind Sears Built 1950’s bungalow. Just a 2 minute walk to Lake Dora and the Marina and a 5 minute walk to Donnelly Street for all of your shopping and dining experiences .

    This pet-friendly, two bedroom home offers a fully fenced in front yard, two king size beds, a twin size daybed and a down filled living room couch (all beds rooms are on the first floor)

    The loft area is set up for the little ones with a night light and books

    Your home away from home is centrally located downtown Mount Dora just a 3 minute drive to Renningers Flea Market and 17 minutes from the Kelly Park and Wekiva Springs

    The living room has an open space concept with a dining table for 6 and even more space in the kitchen with brand new quartz countertops and large windows that overlooks the large backyard and entertainment deck that has dining table for everyone to enjoy.

    There are so many cozy spaces to lounge, a large screened in porch area with a bistro table and a conversation set, a private deck off the master bedroom and over 100 feet of back yard with an RV hookup.

    Guests have access to the entire house to include RV hookup and all of the driveway to the (south side ) left side of the property

    Hello everyone, I’m a local resident and I only live a few blocks away . If you need me at any moment I’m right around the corner .

    This is a pet friendly home , the front yard is the only portion of the home which is completely fenced in .

    The driveway is large enough to accommodate an RV or a boat

This is such an adorable and charming house. Many hours on the back deck and enjoyed screened porch as well. Overall well stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds. Nice location to downtown and parks. Would highly recommend sunset visit to the boardwalk to see lots of birds and an alligator and amazing view. Also kayaking the Dora Canal was a great experience.

Walking distance to a beautiful walkway along Lake Dora. Walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. The house is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. The host is attentive to any questions and responds promptly.

Everything was wonderful. The house is well supplied, clean, and very comfortable…even for our four pawed bestie. The front yard area and side screened in patio was perfect for her. Highly recommended staying at the house, which we will do again in the future.

An Absolute Gem

First of all, let me say that I have never had a better host than Jessica. A few days before check in, she provided us with wonderfully helpful information that we used during our stay to better enjoy the area. We had a small item that needed attention from the handyman, which was taken care of professionally and right away. Now onto the property- if you love places with character, this is a perfect spot for you! The decor is just as shown, and has such a cozy feel. The host really thought of everything you would need to feel comfortable in your home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and is close enough to downtown Mount Dora that the golf cart service picks you up. If you prefer to drive, you're there in about 3 minutes, or about a 12 minute walk. The front yard is fenced in and perfect for your pups, and there's also a large backyard, which isn't fenced in but it has multiple decks to enjoy the sunset. We are absolutely looking forward to staying here again!
