As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, including access to free high-speed wifi, the outdoor yard. You can easily check in using the keyless entry smart lock.
A ring doorbell camera have been set up for your peace of mind. Please note that the camera is only securing the outside of the home.
Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Disconnecting or tampering with any electronics will result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation and smoking will result in a $750 smoke remediation fine. These electronics include the front door camera, outside cameras, door locks, and WiFi.
-No parties/events, no smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no exceptions, no marijuana anywhere on property as there are children next door
- No smoking on premises. There is a $750 smoke remediation fine. By renting you agree to this rule and that the charge will be enforced.
-Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, we require that you be respectful of our neighbors, this is their home.
-Ring doorbell and outdoor security cameras. There are no cameras inside of the home. Wi-Fi can not be disconnected at any point during the stay and the doorbell can not be covered in any way, this will result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund.
-There is a $250 fee for interfering with any electronics, Wi-Fi, door locks, outdoor security cameras, or for any violation of any house rule. This fee will apply for each violation.
-Max of 2-3 cars in driveway and one additional spot to the left.
-Any house rule broken is grounds for your reservation to be canceled without refund and by booking you agree that you will abide by all rules and be respectful of our home.
-A rental agreement is required to be signed before the check-in details are provided.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional fee per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
