Near the shores of the Pacific Ocean is our gorgeous kid-friendly 3-bedroom house with a fully-fenced & landscaped backyard. It’s a great home for family gatherings, an affordable coastal getaway or meetups.

Just a 10-minute walk to beaches, oceanfront restaurants, coastal trails, the marine reserve and the Princeton harbor!

Listen to sounds of the surf breaking while you enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy the crisp ocean air, and bask in the California sun from our fenced backyard.

~ The House ~
Enter our property through a large private driveway. You have parking for 2 cars. Our home is on the cul-de-sac of a quiet coastal community with large homes. So, there’s no noise from traffic or people. This makes listening to the ocean very therapeutic.

This home is on the 1st floor of a 2-story house in Moss Beach, CA.
You’ll experience the coastal family charm of our home as you enter the main door.
- on the left is a large living room with a premium sectional couch, an ottoman & a 55” smartTV.
- on the right is an 8-seater dining area.
- straight ahead is a large kitchen with access to our gorgeous backyard.
- to the right is the hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The living room is spacious with large windows on both sides. It’s furnished with a premium sectional couch, ottoman, a large smart TV, and side tables with many ocean art pieces. The TV stand has an electric fireplace. This creates a friendly & intimate setting for larger groups as well.

The formal dining area has a massive 8-seater dining table! Our home is perfect for large groups or smaller intimate family events.

Our kitchen is large enough to host a feast! Our kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials including kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glasses & more. There’s lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

Our backyard is landscaped with pebbles, pathways, turf & solar-lamps. It’s great for kids to play, and gatherings of friends & family. It can host 6 to 8 guests.

The laundry area has a washer & dryer for longer stays/stay-cation!


~ SLEEP & SHOWER ARRANGEMENTS ~
Our 3 bedroom house is furnished with King & Queen sized beds (no smaller sized beds or bunk beds). This affords comfort & space for large groups. There are 2 full bathrooms in this house.

*King beds can sleep 3-4 kids, OR, they can sleep 3 young adults.
*Queen beds can sleep 2-3 kids.
These are numbers we hear from other guests. However, we request you to make bookings based on your preferences & comfort. We do not provide extra bedding or mattresses.

* Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2-4): The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. It has a full ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2-3): The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
* Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2-3): The 3rd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed.
There’s a full bathroom that serves bedrooms 2 & 3. This bathroom has a tub, shower, toilet & vanity sink


~ Other Areas ~
Our home also has
- a study/office area with desk, lamp & chairs.
- flat private driveway with free parking for 2 cars.
- fully fenced & landscaped backyard with pathways, play turf, pebbles & solar lamps.
- No stairs to access the house. The living room, kitchen, dining, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are all on the main level (no stairs needed).
- Ocean art adorns my spacious & gorgeous home in Moss Beach.
- This house is on the 1st floor. So, it is very cool & comfortable. My home is also perfect for remote work and week-long vacations.

✓ Blazing-fast Comcast Wifi with Amazon’s mesh network - Stream across multiple devices anywhere in the house or when lounging on the deck.
✓ A 55” Smart TV. Content subscriptions (like Netflix) are not provided. However, you may log in to your own accounts using Roku Guest mode.
✓ Washer, dryer, laundry hampers.
✓ Fully equipped kitchen - electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, utensils, silverware, water filter, and storage containers. We do not have an oven.
✓ Artwork & decor that stirs up your emotions and inspires creativity.


Our home is a minute away from the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (aka Highway 1) and most Bay Area cities are easily reached.
- San Francisco is 30 mins away
- Half Moon Bay & Princeton-by-the-Sea harbor are 5 mins away
- Pacifica is 10 mins
- San Mateo & Redwood City are just 25 mins away!
- San Francisco Airport (SFO) is 25 mins away

~ Guest access ~
- Free parking on the driveway for 2 cars (no street parking)
- Full access to the entire home on the 1st floor.
- Full access to the backyard
- Laundry room with washer & dryer is in the unit & you have full access.
- There is another vacation home on the 2nd floor (upstairs). While all spaces are separate, the foyer is the only common area shared by both homes.


~ Other things to note ~
We are proud partners with the National Forest Foundation - Planting trees in forests near Lake Tahoe. We also donate to the Carbon Fund & OneTreePlanted organization that plants trees across forests in the Sierra Nevada region.

There is another vacation home on the 2nd floor (upstairs). While all spaces are separate, the foyer is the only common area shared by both homes.
