« Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay. »

« Stunning building, friendly staff. Great room with private balcony with view of the mountains. The bathroom room was spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was extensive and had lovely different options. Would definitely stay here again. »
