The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, which sets the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the whole house very bright during the entire day, enhancing the soothing ambiance, and allowing you to gaze at the scenic lake.

The fun doesn't stop here! We have furnished the entertaining bar room so you can unwind and have hours of fun with your loved ones.

Retreat to four comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of lake adventures.

But wait! The best is yet to come! Lose yourself in the private outdoor area with direct lake/dock access, where you can soak up the sun, prepare delicious BBQ, and marvel at the breathtaking sunset views that can't be described with mere words.

Bring your toys! There are great places to enjoy your ATV, boat, PWC, and motorcycle. Take your boat to the Moses Lake Sand Dunes and meet your friends and family for the ultimate motorsports experience. The offroad park and sand dunes connect directly to the lake. It is also legal to drive licensed off road vehicles through the city of Moses Lake.
