The main house extends over two levels and is connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large open-plan area comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, sofas and dining tables that can seat up to 14 people. A large French door brightens up the room and leads to the outdoor dining area overlooking the pool;
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each;
- one bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower.

The internal staircase in the building's atrium leads to the first floor, where there are:

Villa Lina is equipped with a floor cooling system. It also has a modern home automation system that allows you to easily and intuitively manage the main functions of the house, as well as an external video surveillance system and an alarm system.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning (underfloor cooling); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
