Hôtels capsule à Morpeth

« Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

« While this hotel is a little dated, it still has charm and some wonderfully warm and welcoming personnel. The quality and range of ingredients in the breakfast could be improved (especially the coffee) but the view in the breakfast room makes up for that. »

« Correct, sans plus. Porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas car elle a été mal réparée… »

« Great place and pleasant staff. Would and will stay again. »

« Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended. »

« Confortable mais piscine n'était pas inclus dans la chambre et c'est très petit. Le savon etc est jeté tout les jours et le dernier jour non remplacé. Soucis avec le bouchon d'évier mais c'était rectifié très rapidement. »

« I was very pleased to be there. It was very clean, professionnal, …et and all the rest. I Will come back when possible »

« Seul intérêt : en face de l aéroport. Aucun des standards d un 4*. »

« Accueil sympathique. Etablissement agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« Very friendly family owners who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very kind »

« Good staff service. Room and bathroom very modern and clean, bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was good quality lovely fresh fruit. Great location and very friendly staff. »

« Un magnifique lieu dans la verdure anglaise collé à des petites chutes d’eau et un cours d’eau, un personnel à la hauteur gentillesse et serviabilité »

« Good hotel with good comfort, but energy waste is huge »
