Beautiful, custom gates and a surrounding block wall ensure privacy, yet the tiered space allows for amazing vistas. Whether you enjoy early morning sunrises or breathtaking sunsets, this is the place to view their majesty in comfort. The lack of light pollution provides for a crystal clear stargazing experience- the Milky Way is visible in the late night or early morning hours.

Prime Location: Less than 30 minutes from the iconic Palm Springs Aerial Tram, Pioneertown with world famous Pappy and Harriets, and Joshua Tree National Park, you'll find endless opportunities for all types of activities. It's also less than an hour drive to the Empire Polo Club for StageCoach or Coachella. Hike directly from the property or head to Big Morongo Canyon Preserve for a peaceful nature walk or explore trails lined with native flora and fauna. Encounter wildlife like bighorn sheep and mule deer, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert.

Unmatched Outdoor Living: Step outside and experience expansive desert views from multiple balconies and patios. The wraparound patio features an outdoor kitchen with a sink, grill, burner, fridge, warmer, and pizza oven — perfect for alfresco dining and unforgettable evenings under the stars. Entertainment Barn: Separate from the main house, a 1900 sq. ft. remodeled barn offers a world of entertainment options. Fully equipped with A/C and heat, a 14-speaker surround sound system (both interior and exterior), TVs, ceiling fans, and ambient lighting, this space is ready for anything from casual hangouts to lively gatherings. The saloon area includes a mini-fridge, ice maker, and kegerator, and a full bathroom and extra bedroom provide additional comfort for your guests.

Additional Outdoor Entertaining: The pole structure in the lower part of the property has string lights and power to add a space for corn-hole or other activities. Maybe throw your anniversary party and put tables and chairs in the space for a festive night under the stars. (Additional parking next door is available but must be pre-arranged and is not part of the standard contract. If you wish to host a larger party, tables, chairs, outdoor heaters and lighting, commercial linens and other amenities are available but not part of the standard contract.)

Spacious, Bright, and Comfortable Interiors: The main house is designed for easy living, with abundant natural light thanks to large sliding doors and windows that frame the breathtaking desert landscape. Two master suites (king beds), a queen bedroom downstairs, and an upstairs room with 2 queens plus a fun "fort" above the closet provide ample sleeping arrangements for groups or families. Four bathrooms, including one with a tub, ensure comfort and convenience. All linens, towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are included. Smart TV's in every bedroom allow for personal preferences even with a larger group.

Fully Equipped for Entertaining: The spacious kitchen, featuring a 9-foot island, natural gas range, French door refrigerator, additional fridge, freezer, and separate ice-maker, is a chef’s dream. The large island with it's pop up power towers (that can charge your phone) make it great for a potluck or serve yourself buffet. The Kitchenaid mixer on its own lift (located in the island) provides a fuss-free baking prep area. Crock pots, Vitamix blender, ice cream maker, air fryer, and more provide unlimited options for every level of chef. Whether you prefer beans, grounds or pods, we have you covered with a grinder, coffee maker or Keurig. The large dining table seats 10+, with additional seating at the island (4) and the bar (4). The walk-in pantry allows you to stock up while the large laundry area with it's dog bathing station provides an efficient, functional cleaning space for your fur baby or larger items, like an ice chest (which is also included). The great room, with its cozy sectional and recliners, is perfect for family movie nights or playing a game at the bar, and the kettle style popcorn popper or snow cone maker provide the perfect snack (supplies included). The upstairs library is filled with a large variety of reading material, for the young and not-so-young.
