« So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! « The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Had many food items to choose from for breakfast. The fall decorations within the hotel where wonderful. Very clean in the lobby and breakfast area. Our room was clean as well. »

« We loved the suite aspect! It was a little trip to reconnect and enjoy the New Bern area. With the suite aspect we were able to have room to buy some small things and spread out and have room with each other without feeling cramped. The room was also clean and comfortable and quiet. »
