Villa 2018 avec Piscine Tropicale

Venez visiter Sea Salt Villa! Il s'agit d'une villa de 3 étages achevée en 2018. Il est situé en face de la magnifique plage d'Atlantic Beach. De la porte d'entrée à la plage de sable est à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Les restaurants sont situés à quelques minutes à pied. Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres principales, toutes deux avec lits king-size. La troisième chambre a une couchette massive pour les enfants ou les enfants de cœur. La couchette a un lit complet en bas, des lits jumeaux sur le dessus et des lits gigognes ainsi que de nouveaux matelas trempés pour une nuit de sommeil confortable. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée. Les villas abritent une piscine communautaire entourée de grands palmiers et une aire de jeux (à venir bientôt). Cette maison est meublée avec goût et équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des draps, des jeux, des nécessités pour les enfants, et plus encore. Vous pourrez capturer des vues sur l'océan sur le balcon. Nous, les propriétaires, nous efforçons de normes élevées sur cette location. La plupart des meubles sont tous neufs ainsi que tous les matelas pour rendre ce séjour le plus agréable possible. Des codes d'entrée sans clé, même dont vos enfants se souviennent. This property was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Atlantic Beach! It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean when we arrived. Parking was literally right outside the front door so unpacking and packing our vehicle was a breeze, same with groceries or other in/outs during the week. Keypad access was super convenient and easy for my kids. Because this is an end unit it has the benefit of a few additional windows and easy access to the back door by simply walking around the side of the building. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the separate bathrooms off each bedroom were invaluable to our family of six. Beach access was only a five minute walk and there is a convenient cross walk with flashing lights to help pedestrians cross the main road safely. The pool was an awesome perc of the stay as well...when it was too hot to walk to the beach, the pool was only a few steps away and never very crowded. The entire property grounds were well cared for and the pool area was friendly and inviting. There are businesses within walking distance and the dock overlooking Bogue Sound is only a short walk as well. Before and during our stay, our host, Allen, was kind and responsive with the few questions we had. It was clear he cared about the property and us having an enjoyable week. I recommend taking advantage of the host's suggestion for linen drop off service with Blue Water Services. This was new to us but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

This home was beautiful and in a great location! It was very well equipped, instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful. There was a mixup with the linens, I didn't see in the fine print of the details that linens were not provided, but Allen was very quick to respond and make things right. We were very happy all in all! A great family weekend!

This house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk and beach access only a two minute walk. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions as well

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. The rental has everything you could need, is so clean and was perfectly arranged for our family of 4 and my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, there are bathrooms for each room and even one on the main floor, pool was nice for a change from the beach, and the ocean is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. The owner was great about communicationa and so very kind. 5 stars!!!!
