« This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again. »

« First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about...

« We just stayed at this condo last week. It was really nice. There were 4 of us. A nice master bedroom, very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom had twin beds and they were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great. The living room and dining area were very large and well equipped with puzzles, games, really nice tvs. It also had a great back deck with a good view of the water. It was just a short walk to the beach which was great. We would highly recommend this place...

« This property is just as described in the listing and we definitely enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk on a quiet street to the beach. The closest beach entrance has a beach library of sand toys available and outdoor footwash/shower station. It's not walking distance to restaurants or shops but it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for a long-weekend baseball tournament and the location was perfect with parking just steps from your door and excellent A/C for the very hot weekend. ...

« We had a nice stay at this condo! The property managers were super accommodating and brought us a brand-new coffee maker when ours was not working. Only downside was the condo had a bit of a cigarette smell that we couldn't get rid of, but otherwise a fantastic stay! »

« Condo was beautiful. Wish the ocean was in view but you could still hear it. Our host Dawn was amazing, so nice and helpful. She gave me ideas on where to go and things to do. She even offered us to stay another day, but we couldn't. We felt safe in the gated community. Everyone we encountered was nice. »
