The village of Overton

Overton is a small rural village on the edge of Morecambe Bay. Right next door, Manor House Farm is home to The Barn, a community-facing village honesty shop, and an animal paddock with alpacas, pigs and chickens. The Ship Hotel, the village's local pub, also serves food.

It's a lovely spot for morning walks, wildlife spotting and sunsets across the bay.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the private garden and private parking spaces. Parking is available directly outside the property and beside the garage. Self check-in is available via a secure key box located to the right of the front door. We will provide full arrival information before check-in.

The paddocks and working areas of Manor House Farm next door are private and not part of the accommodation.

Other things to note
• 2 Manor Barn sits next to Manor House Farm, a working farm, so you may occasionally see farm vehicles or agricultural activity. Animals can often be seen in the neighbouring paddock.
• Bookings are for a single household or family only.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property; the router is beside the television. Mobile phone signal may vary depending on your network due to the rural location.
• Families with children are very welcome; please supervise children outdoors given the neighbouring farm.
