Tenuta Quintessenza is a beautiful luxury villa for vacation rental in Salento in the countryside behind Torre Vado and Marina di Pescoluse, in the territory of Morciano di Leuca.
The estate, consisting of a villa and a dependance in traditional Salento pajara, has a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, equipped with solarium and surrounded by lawn. Also present is a barbecue for grilling. There is parking space in the garden.
The dwelling is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, hair dryer and TV, automatic gate, video surveillance system and alarm system.

The special lighting system makes the evening atmosphere enchanting and evocative. Tenuta Quintessenza consists of 2 units: a main body and an annex.
The veranda with designer lounge introduces the interior of the main body, anticipating its refined style, the care of the furniture.
The
interiors are also enriched by a carefully designed lighting system,
from the living area to the sleeping area to the bathrooms.
The entrance is into a large living room with pool view, furnished with comfortable sofa, TV, dining room and open kitchen with induction cooktop on an island.
In the living room the large minimal-style sliding windows are
all equipped with chain sunshades, ensuring privacy and keeping the
interior cool and shaded, including the TV area usable even in the
sunniest hours.
The sleeping area consists of elegant bedrooms: there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, and a full shower room. In all, therefore, there are three full bathrooms.
A graceful staircase leads to the terrace with transparent parapets from which there are exceptional panoramic views of the nearby Ionian Sea.
The second unit of #Tenuta Quintessenza is a beautiful dependance obtained
from an ancient rural structure consisting of a traditional Salento
pajara, made with the dry-stone technique. The annex consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with a sofa bed for two people and 1 full shower room.

The
brand new luxury villa with pool and annex Tenuta Quintessenza is
located in the countryside of Morciano di Leuca, along the road that
leads to the sea of Torre Vado and the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse,
all places a handful of kilometers away and reachable by car in a few
minutes.
Capo di Leuca is famous for its beautiful and authentic
historic centers worth a walk, such as Alessano, Salve, Presicce and
Acquarica del Capo, but also the beautiful Santa Maria di Leuca with its
villas, sea caves and Sanctuary is less than 10 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September. Opening of the pool in low season euro 200 per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
