« Randy is awesome!! The Town of Love Valley is one of a kind.. we stumbled upon it by accident when we booked the closest place to Emerald Hollow Gem Mine and it was such a pleasant surprise. It is a Western themed town, only horses allowed no vehicles. We had such a good time at the rodeo and horseback riding. The apartment was massive with five bedrooms and all the accommodations. « We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

« Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous. »
